The college has a separate Career Development and Placement Cell, which has been an integral part of the institute since 2007-08. The cell ensures and takes care to provide the best arrangements for placing its students in premier educational institutions.

The Placement Cell works tirelessly throughout the year to facilitate students’ entry into educational institutions through campus placements. The primary purpose of this cell is to assist students in securing suitable jobs.

Various seminars and lectures are arranged under this cell to enhance the employability of the students. Letters from various institutions and companies regarding vacancies are regularly displayed on the college notice boards and the college website.

The cell also conducts training programs to prepare students for interviews, resume writing, and provides career counseling. Other activities include workshops on self-esteem, presentation skills, communication skills, and mock personal interviews.

The college has appointed a qualified counselor to guide and support the students. Reputed schools and institutes send their recruitment requests to the college for qualified and competent teachers.

Teacher requirements advertised in newspapers are also regularly posted on the college notice board. Upon receiving such requirements, a mutually convenient date is fixed for conducting interviews at the college campus. Candidates are trained and guided for their demonstrations and interviews.

The Placement Cell has successfully secured a good number of jobs for graduates and postgraduates in various schools and educational institutions. Many students have benefited from the cell’s efforts through campus placement drives and strong recommendations to reputed organizations.
